September 09, 2015. The Softline company announced project completion on transfer to "cloud" of corporate mail of Avtostrada Group.
Business of group substantially depends on efficiency of communications. Therefore management company Avtostrada Group - Avtostrada Management - faced a task to provide employees with modern communication services, having received at the same time necessary result within the set budget.
Choosing a Solution
With respect thereto the customer made the decision not to purchase in property necessary program and hardware, and to use cloud computing, namely - Microsoft Office 365, the product covering basic needs of business in communications.
The partner in project implementation selected Softline company which staff has extensive experience of creation of the systems of communications, including – using Microsoft Office 365. Also the choice of the customer was influenced by the high status of partnership of Softline and Microsoft.
Project Progress
Specialists of Softline showed to the customer as cloud services of the joint communications of Microsoft can be used in business processes of the company what additional opportunities these solutions give to users (in addition to application of standard office applications).
Result
Use of Microsoft Office 365 under lease allowed UK "Highway" to receive services of the Enterprise level - Microsoft Exchange Lync SharePoint Yammer OneDrive - without essential costs and difficult setup. Besides, all services are available on mobile devices that gives to employees the chance to work in any geographical point and from any device.
The project provides synchronization of Office 365 and Active Directory that gives the chance of UK "Highway" to create infrastructure where users can get access to Office 365, using the mailbox and the password from "computer". The architecture is implemented in such a way that passwords and user names are stored on the customer's server which is in the territory of our country.
As a result of transition to Microsoft Office 365 at the company the need for acquisition and service of own mail server disappeared and also need for long setup of accounts for new employees disappeared. Now all tasks connected with support of IT infrastructure are solved more simply and quicker. As a result of transition to the solution Microsoft Office 365 the customer received modern means of communications and could save IT costs due to use of a convenient lease term, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
