Softline upgraded mail services of Ticketland company using Office 365

September 16, 2015. The Softline company announced data migration of Ticketland company in "cloud" based on the solution Microsoft Office 365.

Choosing a Solution

For increase in fault tolerance of IT infrastructure the company management made the decision to place the main business subsystems in "cloud" based on the solution of Microsoft - Office 365. As the partner in work the Softline company having extensive experience of implementation of similar products and the high level of competences in cloud-solutions of vendor was selected. Besides, the company is an owner of the Office 365 Partner of the Year nomination in Russia.

For decrease in total cost of ownership IT infrastructure of Softline suggested Ticketland.ru company to sign the contract Enterprise Agreement Subscription with vendor. Interaction conditions at such format of cooperation allow to solve more effectively problems of users and to optimize technology expenses in process of change of priorities of business.

Project Progress

Within the project specialists of Softline prepared the individual step-by-step plan of migration of all subsystems and applications for Office 365. It allowed to provide transfer of all data without failures and idle times in work of users. IT specialists of the customer were directly involved in all stages of the project and in detail studied architecture of a product and proposed solution.

After that specialists of Softline gave to engineers of Ticketland.ru advisory support on work with a cloud service. As a result the customer received the modern and reliable cloud-solution providing to employees all conditions for productive work. The project provides synchronization of Office 365 and Active Directory (the DirSync tool is for this purpose used) that gives the chance to users to get access to Office 365, using the mailbox and the password from the computer. The architecture is implemented in such a way that passwords and user names are stored on the customer's server which is in the territory of our country.

Result

Thanks to the implemented tools the customer managed to increase productivity of work of employees and also profitability of the business, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
