Start of advance registration

At the beginning of September, 2017 advance registration in 26 departments is let into MFC of Ryazan. Now thanks to Technologies of the Future company residents of Ryazan will be able to register in acceptance to the specialist through an online service.

After setup of an online service of advance registration on the updated MFC portal anyone can register to the specialist on the Internet. It is possible to select date and time of visit of the center forward for the next three months.

In addition to creation of a possibility of prerecording via the portal, specialists of Technology of the Future performed centralization of departments of MFC in which intelligent systems of NeuroniQ are installed. Thanks to it statistical data and the reporting under all region will be flown down in the uniform head center.

Implementation of SUO NeuroniQ

At the beginning of July, 2017 in the multifunction center of providing the public and municipal services in the city of Ryazan earlier installed system of queue management (SOU) of other producer with an intelligent system of NeuroniQ of production of Technologies of the Future company is replaced with 40 jobs.

For convenience of use of the single interface jointly specialists of Technologies of the Futures and developers of automated information system of MFC carried out work on integration of the NeuroniQ program with the AIS MFC. Thus, the staff of the multifunction center should not switch between windows that considerably saves time and promotes increase in focus on tasks, told in the company.

The set electronic queue incorporates also prerecording modules via the portal of public services, quality evaluations of service, data exchange with the module of centralized operation by settings and collecting of the reporting.

Boards of jobs were replaced with the new modern LED boards executed taking into account the corporate style "my Documents".

Conditions and quality of work Multifunction center of providing the public and municipal services of the Ryazan region were checked by the governor of the Ryazan region Oleg Kovalyov and the head administrations of Ryazan Oleg Bulekov. For rendering more than 130 services function 40 windows that provides to 100% accomplishment of the standard for the city of Ryazan. The multifunction center is provided: an e-queue system, a children's corner, the additional premises with conditions of barrier-free access for citizens with limited opportunities of health and handicapped citizens.

In compliance with all of the requirement of technical specifications delivery and installation of an e-queue system NeuroniQ is performed. In MFC 2 terminals of registration, 40 matrix boards over jobs, 3 LCD panels 46', the speaker system and the information booth were mounted. Applicants can be registered and take the coupon on receiving necessary service in the current queue and also register in convenient date and time via the Internet. The interface of the menu of services, an output to a LCD panel and prerecording on the website are executed in the corporate style "My documents".

In the Ryazan region four such centers are equipped with the NeuroniQ systems which software is updated and brought to the uniform standard "My Documents", representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
