What not so was with the program of accounting while Angel did not automate budgeting

On September 28, 2015 the FinGrad company announced automation of management accounting in Angel group. The project is executed on the platform of a system FinGrad.

Project Tasks

Before automation accounting in Angel was conducted in Excel, the rest — in 1C. Gradually the number of financial transactions grew and expense control and receivables became complicated. The CEO of Angel Group became the initiator of automation in the company.

Project Progress

Specialists of FinGrad company implemented the module FinGrad Treasury that helped to control all expenses and to quickly approve payments.

For quarterly budgeting specialists of Angel Group created in FinGrad templates and reports using which each head of the CFD can plan and control the items of expenditure.

Project Results

After implementation of FinGrad preparation of the quarterly shareholder report takes not month, but three days.

Natalia Frolova, the chief financial officer of Angel Group, noted: "Each innovation should face resistance. First employees were nervous, got used. It is natural process. And at first it was necessary to explain, help. But then all noted one of the main advantages of a system — simplicity. It is enough to send credentials, and the new employee, logging into the system, quickly understands it independently. Sometimes in disputable situations (did not make the report in time, did not enter data) some employees said: "I? No, it is the program something not so made". Then we opened history also checked what not so "was made by the program". Now such situations at us do not arise any more".
