During the project examination of business processes of document flow on several platforms, including the corporate center was conducted. The revealed business processes were unified using best practices and replicated at other enterprises of group. Then the company passed from separate instruments of document flow in all its key enterprises to the centralized ECM system integrated with the main corporate information systems. Among them – the systems of a class of Client-bank, maintaining the normative reference information (DIA of NSI), personnel managements, differentiations of access rights of users (IAM, Identity and Access Management), enterprise managements (ERP), the fax - and mail servers and so forth.

The centralized ESM-system allows to perform organizational and administrative and contractual document management and also to manage storage of primary financial, legal and investment documentation of all group. At the moment the corporate center and 14 regional enterprises is connected to it. Monthly in a system more than 40,000 documents, and among users of 3,500 employees are registered today. Now scaling of the implemented solution on all enterprises of group is performed.

Own Croc software product – "Corporate System of Electronic Document Management" (Croc KSED) constructed based on the EMCDocumentum platform is the cornerstone of the implemented solution. For decrease in financial risks and acceleration of process of approval of agreements the module BRMS (Business Rules Management System) is built in a system. The tool, in particular, implements an authority delegation algorithm taking into account restrictions on the amount of the made transactions.

Integration of ECM into applications of holding is implemented based on open source of the WSO2 Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) platform. Daily passes up to one thousand transactions of approval of finance and contractual documents through integration processes. The sizes of automatically synchronized reference books of the integrated systems are from several tens to several tens of thousands records.

As a result of implementation of the centralized ECM system it was succeeded to optimize office-work process, to accelerate document flow and also to strengthen control of execution of instructions and contractual commitments within group of PJSC SIBUR Holding, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
