October 08, 2015. The Alfa-Inform company announced implementation of the complete solution which integrated in a whole the CRM system, the IP telephony and the database from a 1C system in Tekhbeton Group.

Choice of integrator
A choice as the contractor of the project of Alfa-Inform company according to the management of Tekhbeton Group was made after the analysis of similar offers in the market by 2 important criteria:
- to systems capabilities at the time of implementation and its further development,
- costs of the proposed solution and its subsequent completion.
5 core groups of systems capabilities
The complete solution directed to quality improvement of work of managers of Tekhbeton company included CRM Terrasoft implementation, the subsequent integration with 1C and the telecommunication Oktell platform. The integrated system allows to create the complete change history according to each address of the client and has such key features.
- Element marked spiskapolny information on sales and transactions
In the module "Sales" all customer information and work with them from the address moment before signing of the contract is collected that removes risks of loss of clients at dismissal of the sales manager and does possible control of their work from the management. Agreements and specifications to them are made out is automated in the section Agreements that saves time of managers, allowing them to be engaged in sales, but not long document creation. Control and accounting of interactions of managers with partners allow the management to perform payroll of the manager on the basis of calculations of profitability of each transaction and sales reports, made by managers of the company for the selected time frame.
- Existence of goods in a warehouse and their movement in real time
Work of managers with goods is simplified by means of permanent updating of information on existence and all movements of goods in warehouses in each branch. The manager can offer the client the goods delivery from any warehouse, reserve the necessary positions for the client for a certain term, write off goods on the basis of the account. All information is provided in the module "Warehouse", and actions are made literally in 2 cliques. A system creates the summary report on branches where it is possible to see remaining balance and the movement of goods on warehouses in all cities.
- The single database and the individualized accounts for branches
Staff of 6 branches and all divisions of the head company got access to general information about goods and clients. It provides rapid response to all current changes of data. Besides, a system allows to create individual prices for each branch that lowered the losses connected with errors when drawing accounts and tightening time for clarification of the price and to make out bills from different legal entities.
- Convenient work with accounts and reports on transactions
The automatic notification on a payment receipt on the account and warning in the absence of payment allows the manager to perform work with the order without delay. Also accounting of transactions of arrival and an expense on each account, information on a margin on the transaction which is output in an account card, automatic calculation of receivables, accounting of closing of documents for accounts are provided in the module "Accounts". Reports which form in the form of printed forms were developed for simplification of correspondence and the reporting with buyers and are exported in a different format – .pdf, .doc, .xls.
- Enhanced capabilities of the IP telephony based on Oktell
For consolidation of information on the entering / outgoing calls with the general database IP-ATC based on Oktell with the subsequent integration with CRM Terrasoft was set. A system carries out an automatic binding of the entering and outgoing calls to the client's card. It allows to receive a call and also to call the partner, to send/get the fax, to transfer a call to other employee from the CRM system. Thanks to process automation, the client at once gets to the manager directly and if he is not in a workplace, there is an automatic readdressing of a call on the mobile phone. Each conversation can appropriate result, to open a sales history or to create new. It is possible to listen to record of any call directly from Terrasoft, having applied search in the interesting partner, to open the history of all telephone conversations with it.
Main project deliverables
The management of Tekhbeton Group considers the main result of implementation of the CRM system of Terrasoft and its integration with the IP telephony and the system of financial and logistic accounting sales increase of the enterprise several times due to processing of bigger quantity of calls and increase in the overall level of work with clients. Besides, thanks to project implementation it was succeeded to provide:
- simple control and the leadership in activity of the trade enterprise consisting of 6 branches with more than 30 jobs
- receiving by all employees instant access to necessary information,
- a possibility of remote divisions to obtain the same information and the same opportunities, as at head office,
