Biography
In 1981 he graduated from the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics of Moscow State University. Lomonosov. Until 1995, he worked in the civil service, having gone from an engineer at a research institute to deputy head of the information resources department of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation. He worked as a consultant on the preparation of World Bank projects at the Federal Center for Project Financing CJSC, led projects at the International Center for Informatics and Electronics (InterComputer), the Center for Information Technologies and Systems (CITiS). Since 2001, he served as vice president at Lanit.
2025: Investment in Nuclear Power Controllers
In mid-April 2025, it became known that the founder of the National Computer Corporation (NCC) Alexander Kalinin invested in the creation of industrial controllers for nuclear and non-nuclear power facilities.
