October 13, 2015. The Navicon system integrator announced project completion on implementation of CRM in the Latvian bank Norvik Banka. Within five months in bank the customer relationship management system based on the version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 was developed and implemented.

Goals and Objectives
The management of Norvik Banka set the tasks to automate work with clients regarding direct sales, since involvement of the client and finishing with opening of the account, both for physical, and for legal entities. Also the bank needed to increase significantly customer service quality due to fixing of the personal manager to each client. Before implementation of CRM process of customer service was not automated that could lead to errors and violations of bank procedures. Specialists of bank needed a lot of time to obtain up-to-date information on accounts and transactions of each client. Document flow was paper that also negatively affected efficiency and service rate.
Choosing a Solution
For the solution of assigned tasks the decision on deployment in bank of a customer relationship management system and its integration with automated information system of bank was made.
The choice of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 as the CRM platform was based both on technological capabilities of the solution, and on the positive experience of use of this platform accumulated by Navicon for creation of CRM in banks and financial institutions.
Project Progress
The project in Norvik Banka was begun in March of the current year. Within five months specialists of Navicon together with employees of the bank carried out adaptation of a system, its integration with Norvik Banka automated information system, deployment on the equipment of the customer and trial operation.
In August the project on creation of the Norvik Banka CRM-system based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 was complete. Now commercial operation of a system is begun. 60 employees of Norvik Banka work with it, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
