Announcement of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015
The Microsoft corporation announced in November, 2014 the version of a customer relationship management system of Dynamics CRM 2015 which will provide to specialists in the field of marketing and sales effective tools for joint work.
"The version of Dynamics CRM 2015 is created to simplify interaction of different divisions in the companies. It will allow our clients to develop business more successfully, – Guecler Alain, the Head of Department of business solutions of Microsoft in Russia says. – Using business solutions Microsoft aims to help customers to correspond to the growing needs of their clients therefore the updated application provides access to real-time analysis that will allow the companies to make the correct decisions and to use opportunities at the time of their emergence".
Function of the recommendation of products within one group for effective cross-selling to the existing clients and cross-sellings in the company is added to the version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015. Mobile applications allow to work fully from any device and to provide to the client any necessary information regardless of request time. Among innovations: the role-focused panels and home pages, the configured analytical diagrams and charts, the improved scenarios of offline-work. And in mobile application, and in the desktop version the possibility of hierarchical data visualization on sales in a binding to accounts appeared, for example, it is possible to look at all sales in subsidiary companies.
New features were added to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform:
- calculated fields on forms (Calculated Fields),
- new rules of business logic (PBL editor, including Else If and OR),
- new safety rules for fields,
- search in all entities and objects.
Dynamics CRM 2015, as before, will be embedded in other Microsoft applications, including Office 365 Yammer Lync Skype, SharePoint and Power BI for Office 365.
Today 70% of clients prefer to find information independently before addressing to the company and to ask a question to the manager. Updating of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015
On December 5, 2014 the Microsoft company provided updating for business solution of Dynamics CRM 2015.
Were a part of the updated system:
- new panel for joint work of marketing departments and sales
- product directories and possibility of flexible configuration of communications and inheritance of attributes,
- dynamic business processes which automatically switch depending on the set conditions,
- new convenient hierarchical visualization of objects and hierarchical inheritance of the rights of security,
- new mobile applications which support offline mode, etc.
A system is finished from the point of view of the platform:
- global search on all objects is available,
- new conditions for BPL (Business Process Logic) are added,
- possibilities of Calculated fields are expanded and new Rollup Fields appear,
- synchronization between Dynamics CRM and Outlook is finished.

To the companies well single integrated solution based on Dynamics CRM and Office 365 for effective work of sales departments, service and marketing. Among innovations there are versions: the additional Excel functions thanks to which sales specialists will be able to make different scenarios of work, easily predicting result. New opportunities will appear and users have OneNote: the application optimizes process of information exchange and will simplify joint work of employees.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 also includes tools for tracking of social activity of clients who will allow sales departments, marketing and service to be aware of consumer interests and to communicate with different communities. New features of a system will give to the companies the chance to attract clients, analyzing their posts on social networks. It assumes the intellectual analysis of texts, cloud virtualization and drawing up cards of social activity. The interface of the updated system is intuitive and will provide to each user simple access to all necessary information.
PowerBI and Dynamics Marketing which will allow sales departments became important components of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015, marketing and service to analyze information using interactive task bars and reports. It will help corporate users to assess quicker market situation and to make strategic decisions.
Integration of Dynamics CRM with a self-service portal of Parature allows managers more effectively and quicker to use the built-in knowledge base and to increase quality of service in the company in general. The solution will also give to customers all opportunities of omnichannel service (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), for example, possibilities of automatic poll in social nets and feedback from clients on company services.

2015: There was an updating of Dynamics CRM 2015
On March 16, 2015 the Microsoft company provided updates of Dynamics CRM 2015.
A system on customer relationship management received new tools for monitoring of social activity of clients and a possibility of multi-channel management of a feedback. Productivity of a system by means of synchronization with Office 365, to additional functionality of Power BI and Dynamics Marketing increased.
The updated system is more mobile, it increases business performance at the expense of an opportunity for work from any devices.
