2015: Tessa-based SED implementation

In June 2015, a project was launched to introduce SED in the Russian representative office of Peugeot Citroen. The document flow system Synthellect TESSA was chosen as the automation platform.

The main selection criteria are:

As part of the first stage, the archive of the company's financial documents was implemented: A single access point to the company's primary financial documents has been established

Users of the system were 200 people in Moscow and Kaluga.

Project Results

On December 14, 2015, Sintellect LLC announced the completion of the project to automate the archive of financial documents of Peugeot Citroen Rus on the Tessa platform.

The project carried out the following works:

• Automated financial archive "Peugeot Citroen Rus"
• a unified financial document storage system integrated with the service is implemented EDI Diadoc
• all incoming documents in Tessa can be searched and viewed
• functions of batch uploading of documents for inspection bodies are implemented
• Financial documents are downloaded on a regular basis in semi-automatic mode.

Currently in the final stage of the automation of contract negotiation processes, also integrated with EDI Diadoc, concurrently on the basis of the Tessa platform, the processes of reconciliation of payments and travel/advance reports are automated. It is worth noting that during the project we optimized our processes and implemented tools for effective working with documents.
