2009

It is installed and put into operation new six-section (5+VD varnish) the printing machine of B1 KBA format 105-L, having added already available list of the equipment.

2010

Installation and putting into operation of the DeltaKomfi laminator and new five-section (4+VD varnish) A1 printing machine of the Ryobi 924-L format. The printing house completely passed to work into A1 a format. Introduction of technology of printing a hybrid raster of Sublima with a lineature 340lpi. which allowed printing house to get additional competitive advantage!

2011

Updating of the park of foldings similar and gain in its way of putting into operation of the new folding Heidelberg Stahlfolder TH 82 line

2012

Replacement of the glue module of KBS Horizon SB-09 on upgraded the same series - Horizon SB-09.

2013

Today, Viva-Star printing house one of the most hi-tech printing houses in Moscow. In the arsenal a full range of the prepress equipment in the form of 2 - x CTP devices and department of prepress of materials for printing. From a printing equipment machines of KVA B1 (A1+) format 105 (2009 of release) (5 colourful sections + varnish section VD) are installed, to Ryobi 924 (2007 of release) (4 colourful sections) and Ryobi 924 (2010 of release) (4 colourful sections + 1 section VD varnish). All machines with sheet paper feed also work with a lineature of 340 lpi. As for a postprinting equipment, today the printing house is equipped with 2 lines for assembly on a paper clip, both simple and an europaper clip (file): 1 line collected based on listopodborochny VAC-100 complexes (in each of 4 sections on 10 trays) and the sewing module Horizon SPF200 with an automatic selection, a folding, assembly on a paper clip and an obrezchik (1 third-party) and the 2nd line of VShRA Muller Martini Presto having 7 picking trays (6 block and 1 cover) in the arsenal that allows to collect at a speed up to 10000 blocks per hour brochures and magazines, up to 96+ cover. The automatic transfer line for glue loose-leaf fastening is also installed: Horizon SB-09 with stations of automatic selection (18 trays), the lift sorter and automatic cutting on 3 parties.
