MTS TSM platform

The TSM platform - a hardware-software complex of support of contractual and technology communications between mobile operator and service providers, provides the last remote loading, management and access to the protected elements of contactless applications on NFC devices of users.

On October 13, 2015 the Mobile TeleSystems company announced creation of the operator TSM platform. Start of the TSM platform is implemented in partnership with MasterCard, it will provide to MTS an organizational and technical basis for mass development of contactless payment services using NFC technology.

As the supplier of the TSM platform for MTS Novakard Ltd, using the solution of Oberthur Technologies company acts.

"We completed with our partners all technology works on creation of the Russia's first operator TSM platform which will be a link in an ecosystem of NFC, uniform "point of entry" for fast connection of a wide range of service providers. With start of the TSM platform at the end of this year we provide a basis for mass replication on MTS network of user-friendly NFC services, - Andrey Makarov, the director of the department of marketing of financial services of MTS noted. - We invite banks, transport companies, the loyalty program and other service providers to negotiations on connection to our TSM platform which will serve as the additional channel for effective promotion of products and services among our multimillion subscriber base".
