October 22, 2015. The Aksistem company reported[1] about implementation of CRM "Click. Management" in NPP Mikroprotsessornye tekhnologii.

Choosing a Solution

Prior to the beginning of the CRM system implementation project, the company used the office application of Excel for database maintenance about contractors and final customers, stages of transactions and tenders were displayed in the form of separate tables that significantly complicated work of managers of sales department. The management of Scientific Production Enterprise had no tools of the reporting and analytics. With systematic expansion of the company and opening of new branches across all Russia, growth of number of clients, increase in outputs and complication of business processes, the enterprise was puzzled with search of the modern IT solution differing in the high performance, rich functionality and a possibility of permanent development. As a result of market research of the domestic CRM systems, the Microprocessor Technologies company made a choice for benefit of a product "Click. Management", developed on the Cliques platform.

Project Progress

Distinctive feature of activity of Scientific Production Enterprise is sale of the microprocessor equipment by maintaining long projects with participation of several partners and a large number of documentation. Considering specifics of business, specialists of Aksistem company made the following changes in a standard configuration "Click. Management:

  • requests and transactions from the separated tables are united in the general block allowing to consolidate all project information. As a result in a uniform point all valuable information which is contextually reflecting history and perspectives of each kept and potential project is collected;
  • several tens of document templates all requirements of the company covering practically within business processes are worked out. As a result achieved the maximum exception of "manual work" and saving of time of employees;
  • support of unique approach to work with the nomenclature on which the project is kept is implemented. The CRM system allows to adapt intellectually set and provides to the user tools for formation of the offer, individual for the client;
  • work with partners is expanded for support of work not only with final customers of products/company services, but also with all participants in project implementation chains (designers, contractors, logistics, CREWE plants, etc.). The necessary analytics and the system of efficiency evaluations of participation is implemented;
  • the special operation mode for the automated support of service processes is configured. The engineers and specialists executing warranty and post warranty service now plan and control these works in the Cliques system, including resource optimization.

Thanks to implementation of CRM "Click. The management" in Scientific Production Enterprise company management received the convenient and effective tool for management of operating activities and the exhaustive analysis of results of work of the enterprise. In addition a system provides:

  • support of all commodity distribution chain, including work with suppliers;
  • transparency of work of sales department and identification of weak zones, as in work with personnel, and regulations of the company;
  • assessment efficiency of marketing initiatives and mass communications;
  • data security due to flexible configuration of differentiation of access rights to information on roles;
  • system of automatic calculation of motivation for key indicators.
