Prior to the beginning of the CRM system implementation project, the company used the office application of Excel for database maintenance about contractors and final customers, stages of transactions and tenders were displayed in the form of separate tables that significantly complicated work of managers of sales department. - requests and transactions from the separated tables are united in the general block allowing to consolidate all project information. As a result in a uniform point all valuable information which is contextually reflecting history and perspectives of each kept and potential project is collected;
- several tens of document templates all requirements of the company covering practically within business processes are worked out. As a result achieved the maximum exception of "manual work" and saving of time of employees;
- support of unique approach to work with the nomenclature on which the project is kept is implemented. The CRM system allows to adapt intellectually set and provides to the user tools for formation of the offer, individual for the client;
- work with partners is expanded for support of work not only with final customers of products/company services, but also with all participants in project implementation chains (designers, contractors, logistics, CREWE plants, etc.). The necessary analytics and the system of efficiency evaluations of participation is implemented;
