As "MUET of Ufa" used MegaFon

On October 21, 2015 the MegaFon company announced providing the mobile Internet to Management of the electric transport of the city district of the city of Ufa.

Project Tasks

The enterprise uses services of the operator for system operation of monitoring of the movement of trams and trolleybuses. The location of boards will be available also to passengers through the Smart Transport application.

By means of mobile data transmission of MegaFon of coordinate of transport, received using GLONASS, are transferred from a board to dispatching office. In dispatcher stations for obtaining this information phones with SIM cards of MegaFon are used. GLONASS sensors are installed on all 287 boards of the rolling stock of the MUET electric transport of Ufa.

Passengers – by means of public mobile application "Smart transport" or on the website "Managements of the GO Electric Transport City of Ufa" can observe location of the trams and trolleybuses connected to a system.

Services of MegaFon network show high reliability and speed that allows a new system to work precisely and quickly".
