November 05, 2015. The Samara branch "1C-Rarus" announced project completion on automation of Samarskiye gorodskiye elektricheskiye seti Ltd. All divisions of the enterprise involved in solving of tasks of personnel records and payroll are transferred to the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" system. The quantity of errors at information input was significantly reduced and risks on loss of documents. The reporting under the salary is prepared twice quicker now.

Choosing a Solution

The enterprise long time successfully used the 1C: Payroll and personnel 7.7 software product for conducting HR records and payroll. For the organization of even more effective work the decision to pass to new generation of an information system was made. At the beginning of 2014 forces of "SGES" made an attempt of transfer of accounting to the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product, but to pass completely to it and it was not succeeded to refuse from "1C: Payroll and the personnel 7.7". For the solution of this task the company management addressed specialists of the Samara branch "1C-Rarus".

Project Progress

In agreed time frames the project reached the final stage. Seven jobs covering the main divisions of the company connected with personnel records and payroll were automated. Personnel department, company management and all accounting structure can work in a common information space now.

Specialists 1C-Rarus customized the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" system under specifics of work of the enterprise:

  • The unified T-12 and T-13 forms give full and evident information on a worked time for 130 employees working according to diagrams of the summed-up accounting.
  • According to the collective agreement "SGES" performs payments of financial support to the employees going to annual paid leaves. Once in calendar year each employee has the right to receive financial support to a holiday in the amount of the salary. Payment is calculated and paid along with calculation and payment of a vacation pay.

Result

In general according to the results of the project employees note that the convenience of work with the updated information system increased that has in turn a positive impact at a speed of introduction and processing of credentials. Risks of input of incorrect data are minimized and the number of manual calculations is reduced. The number of errors at information input was reduced that in turn promoted obtaining the broad and authentic picture of work. Accuracy of payroll increased. It was succeeded to provide operational formation of the managerial and regulated reporting. Speed of work increased twice. Conveniently, and, above all - quickly, employees obtain full and necessary information. The management, departments of work, payroll and HR departments flexibly operate today with reliable data, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.

"Providing the management and specialists with the operational and authentic reporting became a main goal of the project, - Pavel Soshkin, the chief financial officer of Samarskiye gorodskiye elektricheskiye seti Ltd told.-We needed to transfer all divisions of the enterprise involved in solving of tasks of personnel records and payroll to the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" system. It would allow to organize joint and effective work of specialists within a common information space. We needed to accelerate considerably process of collecting of analytical data which on time could last several hours".
Pavel Soshkin emphasized that the flexibility of a system allowed to implement all settlement schemes of the salary without significant completions.
