"City water utility of Volgograd" began the 2-year project of automation

On October 29, 2015 it became known of the beginning of the project in the field of automation of the enterprise ZhKK Gorodskoy vodokanal Volgograda Municipal Unitary Enterprise. The integrator and the contractor the NPK "Reasonable Solutions" Samara software company^[1].

Project Tasks

In plans implementation of three solutions: "Smart Enterprise is Efficiency of personnel", "Smarts Field Services are Mobile crews", "Smarts Supply Chain are Supply networks of heat and the Central panel of the head".

City water utility of Volgograd (2013)

The smart Enterprise-Efficiency of personnel system is intended for decision support on management of employees of the City water utility of Volgograd, including reaction to unforeseen events, task allocation on departments and a personnel, optimization of the schedule, communication for review of solutions and control of business processes, monitoring and control of execution of plans, identifications of discrepancies between the plan and the fact.

The smart Field Services-Mobile crews system should be used for management of the mobile exit services aimed at the solution of operational tasks. Main users of this system dispatching service and emergency crews. The product is intended for decision support on management of the mobile crews equipped GPSGLONASS means / navigation including reaction to unforeseen events, distribution of crews by requests, optimization of the schedule, communication with crews via cell phones for review of solutions and control of business processes, monitoring and control of execution of plans, identifications of discrepancies between the plan and the fact.

The smart Supply Chain-heat Supply networks system is intended for balancing of production and flows in heating systems for reducing costs for development and transportation and also reductions of losses of efficiency in the conditions of the changing demand.

The Central Panel of the Head system is focused on permission of two tasks:

• decision support of heads of the City water utility of Volgograd,
• demonstration of the state of affairs for the state heads of different levels.

The panel will reflect indicators:

• the operating accidents,
• the conducted works on elimination of accidents,
• the eliminated accidents (improvement – is ready / it is not ready),
• indicators of construction of new housing complexes,
• indicators of construction of production sites and residential districts,
• business radars on areas and sources of water,
• business radars on divisions of a water utility, etc.

Integration with the available accounting systems of a water utility implemented by the systems Smart Enterprise, Smart Field Services and Smart Supply Chain will be provided.

Planned project duration is 2 years.
