Within the signed agreement, the macroregional branch "Yugo-Vostok" of TransTeleCom company (TransTeleCom Southeast), provided to certifying authority a communication channel capacity of 20 Mbps which is organized for data transmission between two offices in Voronezh located on streets Sacco and Vanzetti and Dekabristov.

On November 06, 2015 the TransTeleCom company reported^[1] about providing the high-speed Internet of DKS-Voronezh company.

The TransTeleCom company increased access rate in the Internet to DKS-Voronezh Certificate authority three times - to 30 Mbps.
