November 9, 2015. The company "Automation and business consulting" announced optimization of hotel and restaurant complexes "Aristocrat" and "Arena" in the Ukrainian city of Poltava. Modern industry solutions "1C-Rarus: Management of hotel, edition 2, Ukrainian version", "1C-Rarus: Public catering, edition 8, Ukrainian version" are implemented and EXPERT Restart. Effective management of business is organized, guests are serviced quickly and qualitatively. From the start of work of complexes their positive image is created.

Project Progress

When opening objects the management decided to organize business management effectively. It was required to automate all business processes and to consolidate them in a single system. Such system had to allow to manage the number of rooms of hotels, work of restaurants, to control an inventory control, to keep accounting and tax accounting.

The first it was decided to automate Aristocrat. Specialists of "Automation and Business Consulting" company — the partner 1C-Rarus - recommended to construct a system using industry solutions "1C-Rarus: Management of hotel", Restart and "1C-Rarus: Public catering, edition 8, Ukrainian version". The project was implemented in a short time. Automation of Arena was carried out in half a year. In total during cooperation 12 jobs in both complexes are automated.

In a single system of accounting of hotel and restaurant complexes database "1C-Rarus: A public catering, edition 8, the Ukrainian version" — main. In it information from all sources is accumulated: data on provision of services of hotels, orders and sales of restaurants, calculations of dishes are conducted, with its help dishes are made and ingredients are written off. On its basis accounting and tax accounting forms, necessary documentation and the reporting is formed. With implementation "1C-Rarus: A public catering, edition 8, the Ukrainian version" work with the list of dishes, an unlimited number of their compoundings, different types of the menu, setup of the prices is optimized. Inventory accounting and inventories is controlled tightly. Accounting of preparations and write-offs is most facilitated.

Result

The modern automated jobs were received by administrators of the hall, cashiers, waiters and bartenders of Aristokrat and Arena restaurants. The Restart system helps to control the current loading of halls, employment of tables, accomplishment of orders (including with delivery in number). Employees effectively manage price policy, a discount system, make calculations with visitors.

Administrators of hotels with the help "1C-Rarus: Management of hotel" is registered by data on visitors, book rooms, place guests, carry out settlement with clients. Loading of hotels is displayed in diagrams on time frames, it is separately possible to browse information on types of numbers and on the statuses of their employment, on the body and floors. Using the solution, administrators adjusted the tarriffs for accommodation, having specified the list of the services which are a part of this or that packet set the prices of additional services of hotels. In a system they manage discounts, plan a power supply of guests. Integration into the program "1C-Rarus: The public catering, edition 8, the Ukrainian version" allows daily (or on demand) to exchange data, creating invoices for payment, service provision acts, cash and bank documents, filling out at the same time necessary reference books. Integration allowed to exclude huge amount of works on double or threefold entering of information and, as a result, to avoid the errors connected with it, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.

Svetlana Nikolaevna Lysenko, the chief accountant of the hotel and restaurant Aristocrat complex told about project deliverables: The new software helped to service quickly and qualitatively clients from the first opening days. A system allows to control and analyze accurately all activity of our complex, to plan, to make operational decisions.
