The ELMA BPM system automates project management of construction in Inkom-Invest Group

The Inkom-Invest group builds apartment apartment houses, country cottage settlements and buildings of public and business appointment in Izhevsk. In 2015 the company implemented BPM system ELMA for control automation by construction projects and processes of customer interaction (a circuit of CRM). The new joint project of Inkom-Invest and ELMA allowed to expand functionality of these solutions.

At the first stage of implementation of ELMA the Inkom-Invest group automated work with construction projects and a number of the accompanying business processes.

The template of the construction project including general information about the project, documents on the construction project, the budget and the schedule of the project was configured. Processes of tendering process, approval of agreements, processes of report generation about a projects status and other business processes are automated.

Implementation of a circuit of CRM became logical continuation of control automation by projects. At this stage types of transactions and a funnel of sales were configured, cards of a real estate and a card of transactions are created. Besides, processes of adding of new customer appeals of the enterprise, processes of transitions to a stage "transaction" and a stage "reservation" and other processes were automated.

The new project for development of a system in Inkom-Invest group allowed to expand functionality of these solutions:

1. New business process "Approval of the supplementary agreement" is developed.

Corresponding changes are made to folder structure of e-document flow and the nomenclature of the enterprise.

2. Business processes "The tender of service of the customer" and "Adding of the new address" are finished.

Obligatory approval of results of the tender by the director of the company and also sending notifications to board members about the beginning of selection of participants of the tender are added to process of tendering process.

In the course of input of the new address possibilities of filling of fields on the selected partner are expanded:

  • manual selection of alternatives;
  • closing of the transaction with failure from the first task;
  • change responsible for the transaction;
  • removal of an alternative;
  • selection and filling of range of the area of the object when preserving the transaction.

3. Service business process for filling of groups of marketing efforts is automated.

4. In respect of receipts filters with EQL search in a real estate and data mapping in successful transactions are added.
