The Inkom-Invest group is created in 2002 and initially specialized in investments into business projects and financial services to the population. Since 2007 own developer projects in the field of the residential real estate became one of the key directions of investments — were constructed and timely put into operation the Apartment house Pine on Voroshilov St., apartment house on Pryazhennikov St. in Glazov, since 2011 construction of the Residential complex Bullfinches on st. 7 Subforest, consisting of 3 houses is conducted. In 2013-2014 the Apartment house Amicable on Ordzhonikidze St. was built.

Since 2011 the group opened the direction of the country real estate and started construction of the settlement "Silent dawns" expected 611 households. At the same time also the direction of a commercial real estate developed — were purchased and reconstructed trade gallery "Avenyu" in TOTs "Bear", the S-bank building on Lenin St., 6 (now — Sberbank building), the trade pavilion of Garazh network on Lenin St., 83 and many other projects is built; the direction of rent business developed.

Now the developer direction of group is priority — the construction 3 houses of the Residential complex Bullfinches is completed, construction of House No. 1 of the Residential complex of Vivaldi is begun, several own trade pavilions are leased, the land plots with communications in the country settlement "Silent dawns" are implemented and its operation is supported. At the same time in a stage of development and design there is a set of new projects with a total area over 150 thousand sq.m. among which — shopping centers, residential complexes and also projects of complex building of territories with a total area over 150 hectares.
