2018: Transaction on purchase of a share of business by the private investor

The private investor Rodchenkov Mikhail purchased at the end of 2018 a share in the amount of 50% in the OOO "Payments Online" company working under the PlatBox brand, one of the Russian providers of payment services. The new co-owner will save the main vector of development of the company aimed at creation of the innovation financial technical-solutions for e-commerce and also will direct business to the new markets, including European.

Mikhail Rodchenkov is engaged in investments more than 20 years. Behind his shoulders - project implementation on development and growth of capitalization of the companies in the territory of Russia, the CIS countries and Europe. The investor has competences of such areas as information technologies, finance, audit, risk management and control. In December, 2015 Mikhail Rodchenkov entered investments into development of the [Rukard PK|PC RUKARD]] LLC company specializing in the latest technologies in the field of programs of loyalty. Acquisition of a share in PlatBox became logical continuation of investment policy of the businessman.

The former owner of PlatBox who as a result of the transaction reserved a share in 50% is Bulgakova Irina having experience in building of processes under payment services.

The strategy of PlatBox provides further building of a share of the company in a segment the Internet and mobile acquiring for average and large corporate clients and also entry into the market of SME for which project is performed in cooperation with the Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs. The innovative developments and unique payment solutions which in the nearest future the company is going to patent will help to implement aggressive expansion on Platbox massmarket.

One more perspective direction is development and release of financial technical-solutions for housing sector. Level of technology base Platbox and competence of the new investor allow to create products, worthy the successful competition to the largest banks. It is expected that by 2022 the general traffic of transactions processed by the company will grow to 50-60 billion rubles.
