What Superjob refused, using service on the Big Data platform

On November 9, 2015 the portal for job search and the staff of Superjob the first in Russia implemented completely automatic, high-precision search of profiles of candidates on popular social networks: VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, my World and Facebook.

The technology on which the solution is based allows to find profiles in social networks for more than 60% of candidates. In the course of start of service a great job on customization of technologies under needs of the HR market is done. The purpose of joint efforts of Superjob and Double Data - providing to recruiters and candidates of a number of the services based on Big Data-технологиях which will allow to make personnel recruitment simpler and more effective.

Service saves the recruiter's time at collection of data on the candidate, reduces number of inefficient personal meetings of the applicant and employer, reduces a closing time of vacancies, increases selection accuracy on the level of compliance to corporate culture of the company.

According to the research center Superjob.ru, information from social networks at selection of employees is used practically by every second (48%) the Russian company. Due to automation of search and high accuracy of result, the new service will allow to save up to 1 working day of the active recruiter a month.
