History

2015

In 2015 according to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation at a general meeting of members of SRO was priyato the solution to change a form of business of the organization. Now it is the Union of Samoreguliruyemaya organization "Inzhenerno-stroitelnye predpriyatiya Moskovskoy oblasti" (SRO Soyuzinzhstroy)

The union performs the activity for the purpose of coordination of activity and representation and protection of the general, including professional, the interests of the members, for:

• Warnings of damnification of life or to health of individuals, property of physical persons or legal entities, the state or municipal property, the environment, life or health of animals and plants, objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) of the people of the Russian Federation owing to shortcomings of works on construction, reconstruction, major repair which have an impact on security of objects of capital construction and are executed by members of the Union.
• Quality improvements of construction, reconstruction, overhaul of objects of capital construction.
• Assistance to creation of conditions for development of self-regulation in the field of construction, reconstruction, an overhaul of objects of capital construction.
• Assistance in professional training, retraining and advanced training of specialists in the field of construction, reconstruction, an overhaul of objects of capital construction.

Activities of the enterprises and organizations which are a part of SRO Soyuzinzhstroy: - housing, industrial and social construction;

• electric installation work, such as installation of substations, laying of cable and aerial lines, production of electric equipment of 0.4 - 10 kV, commissioning and certification;
• gasification, including installation of underground, land and inner gas pipelines, installation of gas control stations, gasification of the residential sector, boiler houses, industrial, utility and household enterprises;
• construction of the internal sanitary systems and outside utilities, such as gas supply and heat supply, water supply and channeling, ventilation and conditioning.

2009

NP SRO Soyuzinzhstroy according to the decision of Rostekhnadzor received on December 17, 2009 the new status, was entered in the state register of the self-regulatory organizations based on membership of the persons performing construction, reconstruction and major repair of objects of capital construction. Registration number in the state register of SRO – With – 121 – 17122009.

2002: Creation of the company

The "Union of the Engineering Enterprises of the Moscow Region" non-profit partnership was founded in 2002 under the auspices of the Ministry of a construction complex of the Moscow region. Members of the Union actively took part in many investment projects and long-term programs of development of the Moscow region.
