"ELAR" developed functionality of unloading of documents for FTS in Komos Group

November 17, 2015. ELAR corporation announced project implementation of development of additional functionality of the platform of ELAR SAPERION in Komos Group. Thanks to opportunities of electronic archive the procedure of providing necessary documents upon the demand of the Federal Tax Service is optimized.

In Komos Group the system of electronic archive on the software of ELAR SAPERION which allowed to pass into short terms from paper documentation to digital copies of documents is implemented, and provided a possibility of process optimization of accounting and financial control in holding. The procedure of selection of materials for tax statements was simplified and time expenditure is reduced by preparation of answers according to requirements of inspection bodies.

The electronic archive "Komos Group" is uniform storage of 840,000 documents and allows to be guided easily in the large volume of data, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.

"The developed additional functionality of an automatic selection of documentation for FTS allows to lower significantly time for preparation of documents in response to requests from tax authorities, - the deputy chief accountant on accounting of Komos Group Natasha Kashina comments. - Earlier, to find documents on demand, it was necessary to find folders with required documents (and they could be in archive). Then in the folder to pick up necessary documents, to copy them, to certify each document ("truly", the signature, a print name, printing), to scan in the PDF format and to issue the inventory. The volume of the spent time for a selection of documents in paper form depended on a request of tax authority. Today everything is rather simple. We come into electronic archive, we put necessary filters according to a request and we key "unload in tax authority". In network the folder with the unloaded documents (certified and in the PDF format) and the inventory of these documents automatically forms".

"Information search in paper archive, creation, assurance of copies and other accompanying procedures often require the considerable number of working time of staff of responsible divisions. In addition to reduction of terms of preparation for tax audits, risks of penalties from incomplete information, tax for providing are excluded".
