Finished physical faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU), a postgraduate study of physical faculty MSU. Candidate of Physics and Mathematics. Has degree of MVA Kingston University (UK).

For 1995-2000 - worked as the management consultant and to personnel of MIEL real estate agency, the HR director and the board member of MIEL Consolidated company.

From 2000 to 2002 Marina was the HR director, the managing director and the board member of eTopS Consulting company.

Since 2002 works in CROC company. Participation in formation of strategy of the company, development of domestic social policy, including creation of a system of motivation of employees and implementation of social programs, development of corporate culture and internal communications, development and development of the trainee program and also systems management of training and personnel development, the organization of recruiting and formation of the HR policy of CROC belong to Marina's duties. In 10 years of its work the number of employees in the company grew from 300 to 2500 people.
