November 29, 2015. The Corus Consulting company announced[1] implementation of the automated control system for customer relations based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 platform.

Project Objectives

  • Creation of the uniform centralized information warehouse about clients and interactions with them.
  • Sales management of advertizing of different type.
  • Reduction of time for search and registration of customer information.
  • Risk minimization of loss of commercially important information in case of departure of employees.
  • Ensuring management with the timely, correct and complete information for acceptance of strategic, tactical and operational decisions concerning sales of services.

Project Description

During the project Internet advertizing sales process and also post-sale support of the concluded bargains was optimized. Implementation of a centralized system allowed to leave, to the divisions participating in processes, from manual work on creation, updating and transfer of ten different Excel files. Integration of the CRM system with other systems excluded duplication of data, gave the chance to use to all users of a system uniform end-to-end reference books and data.

Uniqueness of the project

The uniqueness of the project is expressed in creation of the tool by flexible calculation of placement of Internet advertizing, taking into account special conditions under the client and available stock. Integration with a management system for advertizing allowed to reduce time for placement of the sold advertizing and also to reduce time for processing of the actual indicators on completion of an advertizing campaign of the client.

Implementation Results

The selected methodology of step-by-step implementation when users could begin to work in the functionality of the solution implemented at each separate stage at once became a key factor of a project success.
