"E.ON Russia" implements means of support of mobile work

On November 24, 2015 the Maykor-GMCS company announced the project of development of mobile application for operational and production personnel of E.ON Russia.

Project Results

Mobile jobs facilitate work of repair personnel. Through the application specialists receive a ready route with a unique set of control points and the list of indicators which should be checked. In case of need specialists can execute photofixing or an audio recording of the found defects. After removal of indications state-of-health data of the equipment are quickly transferred to the uniform automated control system for financial and economic activity of E.ON Russia on the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform. These data are used for optimization of actions of a MRO, in particular – for purchase planning and repair work.

Kirill Alifanov, the chief process officer and to information technologies of E.ON Russia company, noted:

- "E.ON Russia" pays risk minimizations of operation of the equipment much attention. Use of the mobile solution promotes cost reduction on a MRO due to transparency of the carried-out service and repair work and timely identification of defects.

The application is developed on the platform of the Windows operating system. The technical configuration of the solution meets requirements of the industry. The protected tablets support an opportunity for work in an aggressive environment at a difference of temperatures from –50 and to +50 Celsius degrees.

For November 24, 2015 mobile application is unrolled in Surgut-2 Power Station, Beryozovskaya GRES, Shaturskaya GRES and Yayvinsky state district power plant.

- By application programming components of our modular Vereks platform are used that allowed to implement flexibly functionality under requirements of the customer.
