GMCS of VerEx

Vereks - the modular platform of consolidation of ready-made mobile solutions for business market.

On October 3, 2014 the GMCS company announced a release of the platform of the ready applications integrated under the Vereks brand. The company defines the name as: "Vertical examination" (VerEx).

The modular Vereks platform supports the concept of the mobile applications focused on the different roles executed by the user. The company offers mobile applications for service engineers, merchandisers, logistics specialists, couriers.

Mobile application of ASR (automated billing system)

• For heads the application is created - helps to receive key indicators of activity of the company on the mobile device. For the sphere of power the application on ASR (automated billing systems) and the application for the inspectors taking readings from counters is developed. For difficult productions the Electronic Form of a Product application is ready.

Service — the Engineer application

• Within the modular platform the application for the service engineers servicing the equipment outside office works. It is focused on power, a telecom, the oil and gas industry. The application performs photofixing of defects, provides with necessary information for work (for example, data on existence of component parts in a warehouse), makes an optimal route for the specialist (proceeding from requests), helps to control the course of accomplishment of service works.

The application is supported by online and offline - operation modes. Data are entered in a system by the engineer on site of carrying out repair and transferred to the central office as soon as the device appears in network. Then this information can be used for the analysis, payroll of the engineer or to become a billing basis at settlement with the customer of works.

Mobile application for the inspector

• For the sphere of power the application for inspectors is offered. It helps to fill a special form on the tablet manually, to photograph indicators and to transfer them to a system for further recognition. The optimal route of the inspector will help to create the application that increases performance of his work.

Electronic Form of a Product application

• The Electronic Form of a Product application is a part of the complex offer of GMCS on the organization of an effective after-sale service of a difficult technique (all means of transport and arms). At the moment the application works on tablet computers on the Android platform. Its use reduces labor input at registration and data transmission from operation (accounting of work of a product, failure logging and notes, etc.) and also provides a possibility of receiving up-to-date information by the operator about a product (structure, documentation, bulletins, etc.).

Mobile Merchandiser application

• For automation of work of merchandisers in distribution and production companies the appendix is also had. With its help it is possible to take pictures, to prepare the structured report on existence of goods items. Then the report and photos go to office using e-mail.
