2021-2022: Attracting investments from Alexander Provotorov

On January 10, 2022, Alexander Provotorov's investments in DiaLab became known. The former head of Rostelecom and Tele2 Russia bought 5.3% in Ec Invest-1 LLC, which owns 53.9% in Dialab Plus LLC, the operator of the DiaLab multidisciplinary clinical and diagnostic laboratory.

The publication notes that until April 2021, the only owner of the Dialab Plus company was Yulia Denisova. By January 2022, its share is 41.95%.

By the beginning of 2022, the DiaLab network of medical laboratories is represented in more than 50 regions of Russia, including Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Khabarovsk and Kaliningrad. The DiaLab complex includes the following laboratory departments:

• Department of Genetics and Cytogenetics;
• immunological department;
• microbiological department;
• Department of General Clinical Research;
• Department of Biochemistry and Clinical Chemistry;
• Immunochemistry and ELISA;
• histology department with immunohistochemistry;
• cytology department;
• PCR diagnostics department;
• hemostasis investigation unit;
• Department of Specialized Diagnostics.

By the beginning of 2022, laboratories are equipped with more than 80 types of devices and analyzers that allow you to conduct up to 130 types of the most popular tests within one day, as well as investigate about 30 different types of biological material, including rare ones such as liquor, saliva, chorion, the contents of papules, skin scales, eyelashes, etc. More than 380 medical centers, about 35 government agencies, more than 20 laboratories, including large networks, and more than 10 insurance companies cooperate with the network.^[1]
