December 7, 2015. The Softline company prepared[1] the project documentation on creation of a system of personal data protection for the Khabarovsk edge museum. As a result process of information security support in organization was regulated and brought into accord to requirements of the Russian legislation.
An accounting and personnel system of the museum contains confidential information including personal data. The Russian legislation orders to all organizations storing and processing personal data (PDN) to provide their protection. Organization had a need for reduction of a system of personal data protection in compliance to requirements of regulators. As the IT partner the Softline company which has extensive examination in the field of cybersecurity was selected.
During the project information security experts of Softline conducted examination of IT infrastructure of the customer and assessment of its compliance to requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data protection. After that the model of security risks and the violator's model was developed. Further on the basis of data retrieveds the technical specifications on creation of a system of protection of PDN were prepared and its design is executed. According to the results of works the complete set of organizational and administrative documentation was provided to the customer.
