Softline will deliver RTRS of the license of Microsoft for 250 million rubles

Within purchase of RTRS 5100 licenses of client access to the server software, 5100 licenses for the Microsoft Office Professional Plus office suite, 5100 licenses for Windows Enterprise, 1000 software licenses Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, etc. were required. The starting price of an auction was 254,489,178 rubles. Requests were accepted till January 14, 2016. The results of an auction were going to be summed up on January 18, 2016.

"This purchase the corporate agreement between RTRS and Microsoft for 2016-2018, according to the program of corporate licensing Enterprise Agreement on which RTRS obtains licenses for the software products used in the activity lasts", - the official representative of the enterprise reported TAdviser.

On questions of whether considered in RTRS of an alternative to solutions of Microsoft, the representative of the enterprise could not answer.

Purchase of RTRS of licenses of Microsoft became one of the largest among publicly announced in 2015. Larger acquisition (according to the portal of state procurements) the VTB bank - for 1.25 billion rubles performed at the beginning of a year, RusHydro - for 815 million rubles, Bashneft - 634 million rubles, Inter RAO - for 542.5 million rubles, MUEC - for 389 million rubles, Rosneft - for 283.6 million rubles.

Tender results

On January 25 the procurement commission of RTRS summed up the tender results. 3 companies participated in an auction: Comparex, Softline Trade and I-Teco.

Softline Trade suggested to satisfy terms of the contract for 249,908,372.76 rub, I-Teco - for 250,417,351.12 rub, Comparex - for 252 707753.74 rub.

The Softline Trade company which offered the agreement bottom price is recognized the winner of an auction.
