The city (automated system of payment acceptance) - it is created for payment of services of housing and public utilities, communications, the Internet, cable and satellite television, taxes and penalties of traffic police, nurseries of gardens and training, the state fees and other payments.

2015 City accepts payment of the state fee to Gostehnadzor

On December 9, 2015 it became known - it is possible to pay the state fee of Gostehnadzor in infrastructure of the City system for all Russia: cash desks of banks and retail chain stores, via the Internet in a payment office of the City system – pay.kvartplata.ru or the help of RBS provider of Faktura.ru. The service is available to individuals.

The service allows payment of the state fee:

• for registration of the motor-vehicle with issue state. signs, with issue of the passport of the vehicle and with issue of the registration certificate of the vehicle;
• for temporary registration of earlier registered vehicles in the place of their stay;
• for making changes in the passport of vehicles issued earlier;
• for issue state. the signs "Transit" (on a paper basis), certificates on the released number unit, the document on passing of technical inspection of tractors and other self-propelled machines and trailers, the certificate:
  • national driver's,
  • tractor operator,
  • the temporary certificate on the right of control of self-propelled machines,
  • temporary permission to the right of driving.

Reliability of transfer of the payments accepted by the City system is provided with cooperation with the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction. Within this cooperation all information on the payments accepted in infrastructure of the City System in online the mode is transferred to the State information system of the state and municipal payments (GIS GMP).
