As SIBGUTI organized telecommunication laboratory

On December 10, 2015 the Technoserv company announced creation of telecommunication laboratory and the central equipment room of scientific and education center by request of the Siberian state university of telecommunications and information science (SIBGUTI).

Project Results

NOTs constructed through Technoserv is equipped with modern telecommunication equipment, a local computer network and office equipment. Main activities of scientific and education center:

• software development for creation of communication networks,
• testing of new services and applications,
• training of specialists in service maintenance of the networks built on the basis of the equipment released by the enterprises of Novosibirsk.

SIBGUTI (2013)

In NOTs students and graduate students of the university under the leadership of teachers of SIBGUTI and specialists of the enterprises equipment manufacturers of communication will be engaged in research activity. During research they will receive practical skills of research in the field of modern information and telecommunication technologies, knowledge will become available to them:

• functions of the modern equipment, its architecture and hardware structure,
• control interfaces,
• network technologies,
• VoIP,
• functions of operator network and so forth.

The educational laboratory at NOTs is expected group of 12 students and the teacher.

Russian IT and the telecom industry are interested in young perspective and well trained staff. The laboratory of scientific and education center of SIBGUTI opened today will allow future operators already during training in higher education institution to get practical experience of work with the modern professional operator equipment. Work with telecommunication operators – one of the key areas of work of Technoserv. – And it is pleasant to us that we are involved in creation of modern practical laboratory in higher education institution, profile for us.
