Rosneft will spend 1.5 billion rubles for the PC and monitors

At the end of December, 2015 Rosneft summed up the results of the tender for purchases about 27 thousand personal computers almost for 1.5 billion rubles. The tender for delivery of these devices lasted all 2015.

According to Kommersant with reference to documentation to the tender, his winners — the distribution company MICS and Enit LLC — will have to deliver in divisions of Rosneft across all Russia about 26.9 thousand PCs of production of Lenovo and HP and also 23.5 thousand monitors of LG during the period from January, 2016 to December of the 2017th.

The initial maximum cost of the purchase announced at the beginning of 2015 was  1.343 billion rubles. Delivery contracts of the computer equipment are signed in dollars. US dollar exchange rate in a year grew therefore Rosneft will pay for the foreign equipment for 125 million rubles more starting price.

According to edition sources in two large vendors of the PC, initially purchase of Rosneft "was ground under products of HP" which was in the lead to the last.

Referring to the protocol of the choice of the winner of the tender, the newspaper writes that in the course of tendering Rosneft decided to hold with winners of purchase negotiations with the purpose of changes of terms of the contract and his holder with JSC Rosneft on RN-Inform LLC (100% IT subsidiary of Rosneft).

The matter is that "RN-Inform" did not fall under the American sanctions, unlike JSC Rosneft. The oil company probably wants to protect delivery from possible obstacles which can arise in connection with purchase of products American HP in the presence of structures of Rosneft in the list of sectoral sanctions of the USA and also personal sanctions against the head of Rosneft Igor Sechin, considers a source of Kommersant in IT market.[1]
