Navicon implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 in "Mortgage corporation of the Chuvash Republic"

The Navicon system integrator completed the project on implementation of CRM in "Mortgage corporation of the Chuvash Republic". The customer relationship management system based on the latest version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 was developed and implemented in the organization of all for half a year.

JSC Mortgage Corporation of the Chuvash Republic - one of chief operators of AHML in mortgage market of Chuvashia, is included into top three by quantity of the granted mortgage loans. Business of the company dynamically develops, and amounts of data constantly grow. Earlier for information storage about potential transactions and the register of a real estate the MS Excel was used. It complicated control of issuance of credit and simultaneous operation of several managers, did not give the chance to differentiate access rights to data. The company management made the decision to implement the specialized software product allowing to distribute responsibility between contractors, to make process of crediting more controlled and to ensure safety of information on transactions. Also the purpose of system implementation was transition from paper approval of documents to electronic that had to lead to reduction of term of issue of mortgage loans to clients of Corporation.

Implementation took only half a year therefore our business experts and the staff of system integrator had to work most effectively and quickly. We trained two tens users in work with an information system, absolutely new to them.
