The Take Away department store of 15 thousand sq.m executed in the concept of department store opened on December 19 on the second floor of new RIO shopping Center on Kiyevskoye Highway on border between old and new Moscow (one and a half kilometers from MKAD).

The project represents the unique concept of shopping and the organization of internal spaces answering to current trends of department stores of the world.

Features of the project and IT solution

Corners do not support cash desks, cashiers and warehouses. The lessor undertook management of the cash systems and conducting quantitative accounting in a uniform trading floor and in the general warehouse of goods of all tenants.

In department store the global trend which is innovative for Russia was shown: corners where different brands and in which tenants sell the products are submitted, do not support cash desks, cashiers and warehouses. All space of department store was made uniform for convenience of buyers: eleven the cash desks, general for all trademarks, are located at three exits where buyers can pay purchases from different corners.

The lessor undertook management of the cash systems and conducting quantitative accounting in a uniform trading floor and in the general warehouse of goods of all tenants provided in department store. Quantitative account of goods is kept by the GESTORI Pro system (a back office|back-office). All cash transactions are performed via 11 OMRON POS FIT-7000K POS terminals using a cash system (the front office|by front-office) POS-FIT-K Version 5.01.

Tenants also have access to the GESTORI Pro system where can see the sales.

We with interest treated this innovative project. Preparation was limited to deadlines, but the solution was adapted for new model of sales in time. The loyalty system works with the uniform discount card for all tenants. It was for this purpose necessary to synchronize all conditions which tenants provide to buyers on the goods.

Joint business gives effect of synergy of interests of tenants and the lessor, increasing their total benefit. This format is very convenient for the buyer that cannot but lead finally to increase in traffic and sales volume, capacity growth of department store in general
