On November 24, 2015 on TEK-Torg ETP there was information on two purchases of network equipment for needs of Rosneft and societies of group for 2016-2018 which are spent in the form of open request for proposals electronically[1][2].
Purchases assume delivery of different routers and switches. In total in documentation 4 groups of solutions are presented:

On December 22, 2015 the Central purchasing committee of Rosneft made the decision on prolongation of terms of collecting of offers till January 14, 2016 and terms of summing up competitive procedures of purchases till April 1, 2016.
