Borlas implemented the solution for management of treasury in the Auchan group

At the end of 2015 the Borlas consulting group created the system of treasurer cash management for Auchan group in Russia. In the project it was used own solution "Borlasa" which allows to solve a problem of automatic data integration from ERP systems for planning and management of financial flows.

The following business directions of group entered perimeter of the project:

• network of Auchan hypermarkets in Russia: 57 classical hypermarkets, the 27th hypermarket of the Auchan of City format and 7 hypermarkets "Our Rainbow";
• the Russian ATTACKS supermarket chain including 175 shops;
• division of Immoshan (over 152,000 sq.m of floor spaces manage in Russia 35 shopping centers and galleries, in a portfolio).

The software solution "System of Treasurer Cash Management" is used as a part of a corporate information system of management on the basis of a complex of business applications Oracle E-Business Suite and facilitates adaptation of ERP under requirements of the concept of the general service centers (GSC) of treasury taking into account the Russian specifics.

Key tasks which are automated during system implementation:

• planning of cash flows by trading day on short-term and medium-term planning horizon;
• daily planning of cash flows and distribution of money;
• data loading about the actual inflows and cash outflows in necessary analytics of management accounting on all banks of group;
• maintaining data on credit lines, credits, deposits and financial instruments;
• registration of transactions of hedging;
• automatic reconciliation of treasury with accounting data of the enterprises;
• formation of the necessary reporting of treasury both for the management of the Russian business divisions, and for the headquarters of group.

When choosing options of system implementation for corporate treasury important criteria for us were as relevance of a business model of a product to the Russian realities, and experience of integrator in automation of treasurer functions for multinational companies.
