Within expansion of retail network of a new format of TEHNOSILA company, together with BUHTA company, at the end of 2015 shops in Tver and Moscow (Domodedovo) opened. The solution is based on creation of a configuration of shop of a new format based on Buhta-Retail and Buhta: WMS.
These are not just shops of retail sales, but also mini-warehouses and service points where it is possible to receive the order made via the website of the company or contact center. In shops the terminals providing instant access more than to 30,000 thousand goods are also installed. The order made on the terminal can be received directly in shop or to issue delivery.
Within the project integration with ERP SAP ERP, CRM a system SAP CRM and the website of TEHNOSILA company is provided.
Further plans include updating of 40 shops in 2016 and 45 more – in 2017.
