Project Objective: Providing public authorities, local government, legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, citizens with information on state of environment; timely identification of state changes of the environment under the influence of natural and/or anthropogenic factors, assessment and the forecast of these changes.

The performed works

  • Processing and the detailed analysis of space pictures is executed.
  • The technology of decodifying of pictures, geoinformation modeling and mapping of objects of monitoring is developed.
  • The structure of the monitoring system including the automated workplace of the administrator, base of geodata, GIS server and the cartographic web application is developed.
  • Series of thematic vector layers are created.
  • The web publication of the space pictures and derivative thematic products received as a result of their processing.
  • Operational documentation of an information system is developed. Deployment of an information system on the customer's servers.

Results

As a result of execution of works separate industry subsystems of monitoring were created:

  • infrastructures of the operated mineral deposits;
  • locations of industrial and consumption waste of the Voronezh region;
  • habitats of objects of fauna, including hunting resources;
  • water bodies and hydraulic engineering constructions.
  • technologies of their information filling are developed.
  • Requirements to the initial data of DZZ necessary for accomplishment of regular observations of a territory status are formulated.
  • Standard approaches of preprocessing of space pictures are described.
  • Deshifrovochny signs for the visual and automated decodifying of objects are described.
  • The technologies allowing to execute thematic data processing of DZZ and GIS analysis for the purpose of monitoring of components of the environment, the happening processes and the phenomena are created and approved.
  • The technology of consecutive hierarchical decodifying of land grounds and landscapes is developed.
  • Results of remote monitoring of maintenance of a chlorophyll and turbidity of water in the Voronezh water reservoir and changes of the area and a configuration of reservoirs are received.
