Administration of the Mineralnye Vody municipal district (GIS Projects)

ISOGD of the Mineralnye Vody district of Stavropol Krai - is developed by Sovzond company by request of administration of the Mineralnye Vody municipal district of Stavropol Krai.

In the project of creation works are performed:

• the vector map of the built-up territory of the Mineralnye Vody municipal district of Stavropol Krai of scale 1:5000 on the basis of space shooting with the resolution of 0.5 m in a coordinate system of Stavropol Krai (MSK-26) is created;
  
• the loading in ISOGD of a seamless orthomosaic on the vacant territory of the Mineralnye Vody municipal district of Stavropol Krai created on the basis of space shooting with the resolution of 2.5 m in a coordinate system of Stavropol Krai (MSK-26), allowing to perform monitoring of vacant territories;
  
• ISOGD subsystems are developed:

1. document register;
2. the automated preparation of allowing documentation in the GIS MapInfo;
3. address register;
4. register of cadastral numbers;
5. register of physical, legal entities;
6. register of requests;
7. register of town-planning zones;
8. register of functional zones;
9. register of zones of restrictions;
10. administration of ISOGD;
11. change history of data;
12. forecasting of development of the territory;
13. administrative regulations;
14. the built-in portal of the publication opened data of ISOGD.
15. data structures of attributive information are designed and generated;
16. the normative legal documentation is developed;
17. ISOGD is set and configured, specialists are trained.
