Key link of the created FSIS of AZSN is the centralized storage in which data are quickly updated by means of the customized system of replication with agrochemical services and become available via the cartographic web application placed on the Internet and serving for visualization and data analysis on agricultural subject. Access to the web application does not require a specialized software, rather normal web browser.
THE PERFORMED WORKS
- Design of a geographic information system of the Republic of Mordovia is carried out.
- Collecting and preparation of initial space data, their publication in the form of cartographic web services is executed.
- Software installation and deployment of a geographic information system, including a geoinformational portal for access for users to space data via the Internet is executed.
- The analysis of a status forest, agriculture, an ecological situation and town-planning activity on the basis of data of space shooting for test sections of the Republic of Mordovia with the publication of results on a geoinformational portal is carried out.
Results
- The created geographic information system allows:
- Display the detailed map of the Republic of Mordovia, including a topographical basis, socially important objects (schools, hospitals, cultural institutions, etc.), security protections (disturbing buttons, sensors of monitoring of the environment, strong points of police, etc.).
- Provide multi-user access to space and attributive information via the single cartographic web interface (geoinformational portal) with opportunities of navigation and scaling.
- Obtain detailed information on the objects displayed on the card including the accompanying documentation (three-dimensional models, floor-by-floor plans of buildings, etc.);
- Display the thematic cards showing a situation in the field of forest and agriculture.
- Execute object search by the name and coordinates with display of the found results on the card and providing information on them.
- Calculate geometrical characteristics (the areas, lengths, coordinates) objects;
- Unload areas of the card in the form of files of raster formats.
