LANIT upgraded IT infrastructure of "MFC of the Tyumen region"

December 16, 2015. The LANIT company announced upgrade of an information system of the multifunction centers of providing the public and municipal services (AIS MFC) of the Tyumen region.

Project Progress

Sharp growth of number of addresses demanded improvement of the platform. Joint efforts succeeded to upgrade a system: Were transferred to MFC of the Tyumen region to the version of the AIS MFC.

Existing was as a result finished and the functionality of a system is developed, processes of rendering additional 20 public (municipal) services with sales opportunity of interdepartmental interaction in electronic form are configured. Including, 15 ZAGS services which ensure functioning with the large volume of applicants and in remote areas. The service in issue of the transport card is transferred to an electronic form: several thousands of citizens used it. The AIS MFC is integrated with an information and analytical system of monitoring of quality of public services (IAS of MKGU). Users can estimate by method, convenient for them, quality of provision of services: in the self-service terminal or on the website of MKGU and also using free SMS.

The solution of the AIS MFC LANIT interacts with applicants, territorial authorities of federal executive authorities and executive authorities of the Tyumen region, local government, the organizations participating in providing the corresponding public and municipal services.
