Moscow Industrial Bank optimizes management of AHD using "IT of the Capital"

In 2015 Change of the legislation of accounting of assets in operation and also need of optimization of internal business processes of PJSC Minbank demanded implementation of the modern automation system of accounting of intraeconomic activity.

The main selection terms of a system of accounting of administrative activity was the following:

  • Existence of a significant amount of already implemented functionality in a standard configuration;
  • Existence of a significant amount of successful implementations in a corporate segment;
  • Possibility of the fast personnel recruitment having necessary experience with the software product;
  • The intuitive interface of a System allowing to minimize personnel training terms to functionality of the program;
  • Existence of the configured analytical accounting in functionality of postings;
  • Possibility of the flexible configuration of reports in a user mode allowing to manage detailing of queried data;
  • Existence of effective is information - technology maintenance from vendor.

Being guided by the main criteria, Minbank carried out market research and stopped the choice on the software product "1C: Administrative activity of bank".

The contractor of the project on system implementation of process automation of intraeconomic accounting based on the selected product selected IT Capital company as the author of this drawing solution.

Within short terms of the project the joint decision on separation of automation of intraeconomic accounting into 2 stages was made.

The first stage of the project included automation of accounting of agreements with partners, accounting of services, automation of payments taking into account requirements of automatic formation of payment documents for payment schedules, accounting of income and expenses and also integration into the core banking system and an intra banking system of the reporting.

Blocks of accounting of assets in a stock and operation, tax accounting were postponed for the second stage. During this project IT Capital executed:

  • preproject inspection of activity Minbank regarding conducting intraeconomic accounting;
  • formalization of requirements to adaptation of the standard solution "1S:AHD of bank";
  • adaptation "1S:AHD of bank" under features of bank;
  • start of the adapted solution in commercial operation.

By April, 2016 the first stage of the project of creation and implementation of an information system of process automation of intraeconomic accounting is successfully complete.

Using the implemented software product the following sections and business - Minbank processes are automated:

  • Closing of trading day;
  • Accounting of reserves on possible losses;
  • Expense accounting of future periods;
  • Accounting of economic agreements and settlement with partners;
  • Accounting of settlings with advance holders;
  • Accounting of the VAT;
  • Procedural accounting procedures;
  • Accounting of SPOD;
  • Design of printed forms of documents.

After end of the first stage of the project by specialists of IT Capital maintenance and technical support of the implemented solution is performed.


In the summer of 2016 the Bank together with IT Capital initiated the beginning of the second stage of the project.
