TVEL and TeamIdea signed the agreement for works on automation of a MRO based on SAP ERP

On October 02, 2018 TeamIdea announced start by Fuel company of Rosatom TVEL of a pilot project on automation of maintenance and repairs of the equipment (TORO) based on SAP ERP at the Ural electrochemical plant and Chepetsk Mechanical Plant (enter into Fuel company of Rosatom TVEL). According to the results of the tender for project implementation of implementation as the contractor the TeamIdea company was selected.

Project objective – to create and integrate into the existing ERP system circuit planning tools, accounting, control and efficiency analysis of actions of TORO using best practices of the fuel industry. In a project deliverable in SAP ERP the detailed analytics about the equipment will be available that will allow the enterprises to pass to scenarios of predictive analytics in the future.

Within the project such processes will be automated:

• maintaining register of the equipment and its characteristics,
• planning of actions of TORO, including annual and resource scheduling on execution of works,
• maintaining normative reference information.

On the basis of up-to-date data about TORO the TVEL enterprises will be able to create output documentation and different report forms, for example, diagrams of scheduled preventive maintenance, the report on works in orders, the analysis of service and repair of the equipment. Implementation of this project will allow to reduce costs for the TORO function of the enterprises of Fuel company.
