• 1991 - organization Moscow Aviation Institute and German firm SYSKOPLAN GmbH of Inmas Ltd joint venture
• 1995 - the firm specializes in area of system integration, programming and creation of databases; the most essential projects: the Moscow representative office of Philips, the AlfaLaval plant, Baskin Robbins, BIC (the Moscow representative office), the Nestle plant in. Zhukovsky, CEC (central excise customs), NAUFOR (independent association of stock market participants), Old Man Khottabych company, Moscow department of customs; from program developments of the most essential development together with Syskoplan company of a diagnostic system from R/3 of the equipment of the computer network used by it is (NOAH – Network Objects Administrator Handler); from the development area of databases – the database of zip codes and routes of mail transportations across Russia for the Russian department of Bertelsmann AG company
• 1998 - the main orientation to works in the field of complex automation of industrial enterprises based on R/3 system, works are conducted within the partnership agreement with SAP AG CIS
