For the history of cooperation of the companies which began in September, 2011 2 projects were complete: transition of "RU-CENTER" from the system of the third-party developer to a system based on 1C and automation of financial statements according to international standards based on the product developed Homnet Consulting.
"Because the software product on conducting personnel records and payroll promptly became outdated, we made the decision on creation of a new information system based on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform for accounting improvement, - Irina Makina, the chief accountant of RU-CENTER company tells, - as the implemented solution the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP" software product was selected and the tender for the choice of the contractor is held".
As a result of the tender the decision on the beginning of the joint project with Homnet Consulting company was made.
"The uniqueness of the project consisted in what we should execute as work on unloading of data from systems based on the third-party platform, and the subsequent works on data loading in the information system "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP". It was for this purpose necessary to study a system data structure on the third-party platform and to construct an object model of initial data. Then the integration model which allowed to process the data which are contained in the database on the third-party platform so that they could be used for loading in the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP" system was implemented, - Kalyagin Dmitry, the head of department of support of corporate clients Homnet Consulting shares project details.
Implementation "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" allowed to increase the speed of work and accuracy of calculations, provided operational interchange with data, helped to reduce potential number of errors in the course of report generation and conducting personnel records.
In the same time there was a need to automate a system for accounting according to IFRS. "The requirement of the head company to the peripheral companies of RBC Holding on accounting change became the main premises of the project. We held the tender again, and, having received recommendations from RBC of work of specialists of Homnet of konsalitng and their software product, again stopped the choice on this company", - Irina Makina continues.
Within the project specialists Homnet Consulting created the unified information system on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform and implemented a specialized product "Homnet: IFRS" for the purpose of automation of accounting according to international standards, drawing up the consolidated statements and also conducting management accounting in different analytical cuts.
