Mosgortrans completed the organization of archive of organizational and administrative documentation

On December 22, 2015 ELAR corporation announced completion of archive processing of affairs and creation of an electronic information resource of documentation on the order of Mosgortrans (SUE) ELAR^[1].

Project Results

Within the project more than 400 cases of organizational and administrative documentation of Mosgortrans are transferred to an electronic form.

Rewarding of the best Mosgortrans (2013)

Specialists of ELAR scanned and indexed over 100 thousand sheets, created the PDF files with a possibility of context search. To a resource represents copies of documents and the database with hyperlinks to PDF.

Staff of the enterprise will address it in the course of the activity. Orders and instructions of Mosgortrans dated for 2005-2014 are prepared for transfer on the state archive storage. At this stage of works expertize of value of documents, their systematization, formation of res novas, drawing up the inventory, prefaces, historical information - all complex of actions for archive document handling is carried out.
