Fitingvil started Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009

The Fitingvil company which is engaged in supplies of equipment for heating systems and water supply completed the project on start of the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 system. The project is executed by Columbus IT company.

Since 2004 business processes of the company were automated on the basis of the Microsoft Dynamics Axapta platform. The project on transition to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 started in 2009. Within the project it was required to automate services of sale, marketing planning, partner relationship management, to optimize customer service.

Already at the first operational phase of a new system the several advantages were mentioned: reduction of time required for calculation of the consolidating plan, from 8 to 30 o'clock minutes; almost double acceleration of process of an execution of the request of the client due to changes in BP connected with check of profitability and reservation of goods; creation of the uniform price list with the flexible system of discounts; increase in efficiency in providing the commercial offer; an opportunity to manage activity of managers due to implementation of CRM, setting of specific/measurable objectives to managers, report generation on meetings.

Commenting on implementation process of the project, Marina Alexandrova, the CEO Fitingvil, noted: "Thanks to upgrade of a system we could achieve positive results from which setup of business processes under current demands of the company became the main thing.
